Taylor Wimpey, have begun construction on the final units of their Devon Place development in Edinburgh’s West End.
The development which comprises 25 four and five bedroom townhouses represents outstanding value for quality and location, a fact supported by sales which have pre-empted the build. The final 3 units, currently under construction have sold off plan. Blakes manufactured and installed all of the balustrades and structural steel elements for the development illustrated below.
Devon Place represents the latest project that Blakes have worked on with Taylor Wimpey, with recent completions including the extensive 600 unit Strada development in the north of Edinburgh.
