Varcity is an iconic project with considerable steelworks as the external balconies with brise soleils don’t just function as additional outdoor space, they become the signature architecture features.

With Varcity, Miller Homes introduced a new development of modern architectural design attracting professionals, couples and young families alike.
With modernism in mind as a design brief, the architects created a stunning neighbourhood of stylish apartments and townhouses leveraging Blake Group’s suspended steel balconies as the key architectural feature.
Blake Group manufactured and installed additional handrails, juliettes, brise soleils, stairs, fencing and street furniture.
