Industrial fit outs in and around Central Scotland have long been a specialism of Blake Group. Food and beverage processing plants we have supported include various breweries, the new Pickering’s Gin distillery, Burtons Biscuits, Nairn’s Oatcakes, Highlander Crisps and Millar McGowan confectionary. The Metal Centre team installs air ducting, conveyor belt stands, handrails and caging plus can be on-call for maintenance services. The team also manufactures specialist bespoke food production grade stainless steel equipment.

Millar McCowan was one of the most established confectioners in Scotland, from humble beginnings selling toffee and lemonade from the family kitchen window to a large processing plant in Livingston – now owned and operated by Nisha Enterprises.
With a variety of products from toffees to mints to crisps, Blake Group assisted with the full fit out of the Livingston facility.
