Gregor Shore – Platinum Point
Located in view of Blake Group’s South Fort Street factory, Platinum Point was one of the first new-build apartment developments in the Port of Leith we supported. The wider port area has multiple new developments including another of our projects for Barratt Homes called Tradewinds.

Platinum Point consists of 452 apartments in 50 different configurations located in the Western Harbour area of Newhaven in Edinburgh. The development formed part of the wider regeneration of the Port of Leith docklands area.
