Bradford Council – Waste Oil Tanks

Dumping waste oil is a serious environmental issue. Its not just reckless businesses that are found guilty, but more an more private individuals are regularly fined when caught in the act. Disposing of any kind of oil which is considered controlled waste, will require a waste management license.
If convicted in the Magistrates Court, the maximum punishment for these offences is 12 months imprisonment and /or an unlimited fine. In the Crown Court, it could run to a 5-year jail term or an unlimited fine.
Bradford Council understood the challenges of dealing with waste oil and subsequently requested Blake Group to design and manufacture waste oil storage tanks to meet with all Oil Storage Regulations.
